Housed in Ball Ground’s historic Mercantile building on Main Street, our practice was designed to feel calm, warm, and welcoming — the opposite of a clinical waiting room. Dr. Ireland founded Ireland Restorative Dentistry after more than a decade practicing prosthodontics in Chattanooga and teaching at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. She chose Ball Ground because she saw a community that deserved the kind of care she had spent a career perfecting.

Dr. Riley Hewgley, DDS
General & Restorative Dentistry · Canton, GA
A Canton hometown native who returned to be close to family, Dr. Hewgley brings warmth, patience, and a deep respect for patients with dental anxiety. She joined Ireland Restorative Dentistry in late 2025 and has been an integral part of the practice ever since.
