Comprehensive exam, 3D imaging, and a full treatment plan. We evaluate bone volume, bite, and overall health to determine the best implant positions.

Implant Placement
Four to six implants are precisely placed into the jawbone. A temporary full arch restoration is often attached the same day.

Healing & Integration
Over several months the implants fuse with the bone. The temporary restoration keeps you functional and confident throughout healing.

Final Arch Restoration
Your permanent custom arch is crafted and attached — a full set of fixed teeth that look, feel, and function like your own.
What is All-on-X?
All-on-X — sometimes called All-on-4 — is a full-arch implant restoration technique that replaces an entire upper or lower set of teeth using just four to six strategically placed dental implants. Unlike traditional dentures that rest on the gums and require adhesive, All-on-X restorations are anchored permanently into the jawbone, providing a fixed, stable, natural-looking set of teeth that you brush, eat, and live with like your own.
