Tooth-colored composite fillings
Composite fillings are made from a tooth-colored resin material bonded directly to the tooth. Unlike traditional amalgam silver fillings, composite blends naturally with the surrounding enamel — making the restoration virtually invisible. Replacing old silver fillings

When is a filling not enough?
If decay or damage is too extensive for a filling to reliably restore the tooth, we may recommend an inlay, onlay, or crown instead. Dr. Ireland and Dr. Hewgley will always recommend the most conservative appropriate option — never more treatment than you need.
