A detailed, sequenced plan is created — showing every procedure, the order in which it will be done, and the final expected outcome.
3

Procedures are completed in the optimal clinical order, often across several appointments over weeks or months.
4
Final Restorations
All final restorations are placed and refined — crowns, veneers, implants, and any other components — completing the new smile.
What is full mouth rehabilitation?
Full mouth rehabilitation — sometimes called full mouth reconstruction — is a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all of the teeth in the upper and lower jaws simultaneously. Rather than treating individual teeth in isolation, the prosthodontist takes a whole-mouth approach: evaluating the bite, the jaw joints, the gum tissue, and every tooth before developing a coordinated plan to restore function, health, and aesthetics together.
It is not a single procedure — it is a carefully sequenced combination of treatments that may include crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, gum treatment, and more, all working in harmony toward a unified result.
Who is a candidate?
Full mouth rehabilitation is most commonly recommended for patients who have:
- Severe tooth wear caused by grinding (bruxism) or acid erosion
- Multiple missing or failing teeth throughout the mouth
- Long-term consequences of untreated gum disease
- Teeth damaged by trauma, decay, or previous failed restorations
- Bite problems causing jaw pain, headaches, or uneven wear
- Patients who have deferred dental care for many years and are ready for a fresh start
