Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your dental care is expected to cost.
Under federal law, healthcare providers — including dental practices — are required to provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate of the expected charges for non-emergency items and services.
What This Means for You
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency dental service provided at Ireland Restorative Dentistry. This estimate may include related costs such as diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, prescriptions, materials, or other services associated with your care.
Ireland Restorative Dentistry will provide your Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service or treatment, when applicable. You may also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling a service.

Ireland Restorative Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice. We believe strongly in transparent, upfront communication about the cost of your care. We provide written treatment estimates before any procedure begins — not as a regulatory requirement alone, but because we believe you deserve to fully understand what your care will cost before it begins. If Your Bill Is Higher Than Expected
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than the amount listed on your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
We recommend saving a copy — digital or printed — of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
